Shipping and Returns

Thank you for purchasing your beloved PR item!

For your information, items are shipped directly to you from our production site in Bali, Indonesia. Depending on what zone/country your address is in, we use FedEx or TNT. Should you need to return or exchange an item for any of the reasons listed below, please use these companies as most local post methods will not guarantee arrival at a reasonable time, if at all.

In order to maintain our care for our valued customers, all orders are placed by us directly with these shipping companies; we do not use third party shipping. The items are sent directly from us to you. We care about keeping our client relationships familial and honest and therefore have decided to carry out this task personally, to ensure your order is received with zero hassle.

If orders are placed on the weekend, when our office is closed, we will place the shipment first thing when the office reopens. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience. Once the shipment has been handed off, we will provide you with all the necessary details and tracking information.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of shipment, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to save valuable time and money, please email info@paulropp.com explaining your reason for return and the Paul Ropp team will assess your case and provide you with details on the next steps.

Shipping costs for any exchanged item will be paid for by the Client, both ways. However, should the item's retail value exceed $200, Paul Ropp will cover the cost one way, from our factory to the client's address.

If the received garment is the wrong size:

The garment may only be exchanged for the same style in a different size.
The garment must be in new condition, unworn, tag still on, in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please only send back items to address on received shipment.



Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items will not be considered. Refunds will be viewed on a case by case basis, in order to save valuable time and money, please email info@paulropp.com with an attached photo displaying the product's cause for concern and the Paul Ropp will review your case.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@paulropp.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jln. Pengubengan 1x, Kerobokan, Kuta, 80361 Bali, Indonesia

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
