Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing your beloved PR item!

For your information, items are shipped directly to you from our production site in Bali, Indonesia. Depending on what zone/country your address is in, we use FedEx or TNT. Should you need to return or exchange an item for any of the reasons listed below, please use these companies as most local post methods will not guarantee arrival at a reasonable time, if at all.

In order to maintain our care for our valued customers, all orders are placed by us directly with these shipping companies; we do not use third party shipping. The items are sent directly from us to you. We care about keeping our client relationships familial and honest and therefore have decided to carry out this task personally, to ensure your order is received with zero hassle.

If orders are placed on the weekend, when our office is closed, we will place the shipment first thing when the office reopens. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience. Once the shipment has been handed off, we will provide you with all the necessary details and tracking information.

Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something is not right, we have 10 days return policy, means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that received it; unused, unwashed, with original tag and original packaging.

Any shipping costs to return and re-ship requests will not be borne by PAUL ROPP, unless due to the
mistakes on our part.

Refunds
We cannot grant refunds but exchanged item will be assigned equal online store credit.

Non Returnable items
All items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores and same if the items
bought in our stores cannot be exchanged online.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jln. Pengubengan 1x, Kerobokan, Kuta, 80361 Bali, Indonesia

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
